- Do you accept OEM and private-label projects?
- Yes. We support OEM manufacturing, private-label production, custom branding, packaging, and product development for international buyers.
- What is your typical MOQ?
- MOQ depends on the product, materials, and level of customization. For most collections MOQ is set per SKU. Please request a quotation with your target product and quantity so we can respond accurately.
- What are your lead times?
- Sampling is typically 3–5 weeks. Production lead time depends on quantity, materials, and season — commonly 60–90 days after sample approval and deposit.
- Which materials can you work with?
- Rattan, wood, water hyacinth, seagrass, abaca, bamboo, wicker, and blended natural fibres. We frequently combine materials in a single piece.
- Do you produce for outdoor use?
- Yes, using appropriate materials and finishes (typically synthetic wicker over treated frames). Natural rattan is recommended for indoor use.
- How do you handle quality control?
- In-line inspection during construction, final inspection before packing, and export-grade fumigation and packaging. We share weekly production updates.
- Which markets do you export to?
- We supply buyers across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Australia, and Asia. Shipment is typically FOB Semarang or Surabaya.
- Do you provide a catalog?
- Yes. You can request our latest catalog through the Request a Quote form or via WhatsApp.
